I've been looking for an "everyday" watch (not that I don't already have a couple that would qualify) that was simple and in some subtle way different. The Nomos captures what I was looking for perfectly. I'm partially colorblind so the dial looks more blue to me than purple which works perfectly.

The ADPT watch was a choice by my wife and daughter. I was again looking for something different than what I already had and one that would be a good choice for a summer "beater" (I've always babied any beater). For the funds I had left I landed on the ADPT and I let my wife and daughter pick the colorway.

Pleased as punch.
