Had a chat with a friend of mine and we spoke about watches. Then he mentioned his grandfather had this old 18 karat golden pocket watch. He shared with me those 2 pictures of this old Omega.
I was blown away. Any idea what this is?

It's a rare and particularly gorgeous Omega pocket watch.
This watch likely dates from the second quarter of the 20th century. Get the serial number off the movement, from that you should be able to lookup the year the movement was produced.
The watch is usually put together fairly close to the production date of the movement.
