Omega Speedmaster BLACK FABRIC STRAP

Is this strap worth the price? Actually I have a cheap alternative, but it's not only very stiff, it just doesn't feel good on the wrist.

It is soft. If you go to an Omega AD they will almost certainly have a Speedmaster and they will let you touch the strap.

I actually think it is too soft...

You will feel like a king if you fork out for an OEM strap ! Possibly because kings are the only people who can afford them, Omega NATO style strap 200 GBP !

Yeah, the nato strap prices are ridiculous

Worth the price? Absolutely not. 600€ for nylon is a ludicrous price. Probably 10-20x markup.

Buy a third party strap. Plenty of options for Omega models.

I would go with a different strap brand. OMEGA OEM straps are awesome but expensive. Sometimes you can find them on eBay for half of their retail price.

Check this one out:

Their leather quality and clasps are up to the same standard IMO.

Omega straps and clasps are amazing, thinking of ordering OEM red rubber and clasp for my white dial SMP but red rubber is $100 cad more than boring everyday black, seems a bit extreme.
