Yema watches have always looked good to me, but not good enough to separate them from the pack. There is so much competition out there that it takes a lot to get a guy to part with their funds. Along comes Yema with a new micro-rotor movement that they have developed with a team of in house watchmakers.
The movements themselves are visible through a sapphire caseback, and they are a sight to behold. Rather than use jewels and finishing patterns to beautify the mechanism, they have built the movement itself out of colored metal.
At the Kickstarter price of 1500 euros, the price is very reasonable. Once the pre-sale offer expires, the price doubles. So if you're interested, get it while the getting is good.
