Casio Duro
This is my second Duro. The first one was the black variant that I decided to do a “Hydro Mod” with and after a few months the movement died. Cool Mod but now I have to buy a new movement for it and revive it. Has anyone had success with that Mod or am I the only one that couldn’t make it work?

I have not heard of this 'hydro mod' you speak of. Please elaborate for me. I have that black Marlin on a SS bracelet and really love how it looks, feels. This one is so much more than it's cost.

I found it on YouTube. It looked really cool when it worked. Basically filling the Watch with oil so it increases the depth rating and makes the dial look like it’s touching the crystal. https://youtu.be/bRGwRch6F_8 here’s the link to one of the videos I saw referencing the Hydro Mod. I did a hydro mod in a Duro and a MRW-200H. I only “un-modded” the Duro because it would develop an air bubble and then I had to go back in and add some more silicone oil, but the watch ran fine.
Solid end links and nice finish. I enjoy wearing it. And the orange second hand makes it pop. Nicely done!

I done the hydromod on this last night. It had a small air bubble when I was done but that has since disappeared. The watch was very cheap but I thought it'd be a good one to try. I'll see how it lasts before modding one of my Duros. For reference, I use 100cst silicone oil as I couldn't find a 50cst oil for less than the watch.
