This Simply iNspiring Kool Legend arrived at my doorstep on the 4th of November 2021. Coincidence? I think not.
The moment I opened the box, I was captivated.
2 years hence, it still keeps captivating me...
With its mesmerizing face,
It's beautiful and smooth dauphine hands,
It's lovely curves,
And, how its body embraces my wrist.
2 years hence, it remains to be unassuming yet confident,
quiet yet a head turner,
playful yet dignified,
simple yet gorgeous. ๐๐ผ
I'll always be grateful to those who recommended it. Without their insight, I wouldn't have found such a stunner.
And, I'll always be glad that this white legend #leyendablanca, is part of my humble collection.

Looks sharp๐๐ป
I say never part with a watch, cherish them๐๐ป
Love it.
That line has so many nice variations.
One could make an entire collection based on it alone.

Thanks, man! Which line are you referring to?

The Seiko SNK lineup.
Dress, field, re-craft, divers....
Particularly the variations on yours.
A Search on Jomashop for Seiko 5 brings up a bunch with subtle differences.
I Have a rough time picking a favorite.

Oh yes! The SNK and SNKL line are awesome. That's what I like about Seiko. They've produced so many designs that any person is assured of finding a watch they will really like.
As to picking a favorite, I guess it'll depend on the type of watch you prefer. For me, I'm not much into dive watches. I prefer the everyday, sporty kind of design that is versatile for a variety of occasions and situations. That's why I got this SNKL41, and the SNXS79.
Continue to wear it in good health for years to come. Happy 2nd anniversary๐ฅณ

Thank you, mate! Will do!
Nice watch. I refurbed one recently with a very similar (if not identical) dial and hands.
Integrated bracelet though so not as versatile.
The case shape on yours is much nicer too.

My biz partner's nephew @eurybarquez @michaeleurybarquez also has one! Yes, I think they are identical, except for the case and bracelet. Both are beautiful.

Been using it as my daily for some months now. A humble but respectable piece. Lovin' every minute!

You have posted 22 (rather excellent) photos of one Seiko 5 watch, so I know I'm preaching to the choir here, but the old school Seiko 5s, the little ones, are some of the prettiest watches ever made, not only by Seiko, but by any one and at any cost. I would like to see a full photo listing of every Seiko 5 that was ever made, although I doubt such a thing exists. My personal favorite for most beautiful among the very stiff competition is my SNKK87, but there are so many great looking ones it's almost a coin flip.
As I've said on WatchCrunch before, I'd like to see the whole line reissued with quartz movements. This would seem to make sense, at least to me and other Seiko 5 fans, but to paraphrase another company's slogan, Seiko doesn't make sense. They make watches.
