A Simple Gesture of Support?
My lady and I are into photography as a hobby. She also knows I'm into watch collecting. She's seen me time and again taking photos of my timepieces for #wruw.
For 2023, we decided to have our own monthly photo competition themes, both as a way to enhance our skills, and to have more shared experiences together. This month, it's all about the Flowers of May.
Just wanted to share one of her entries for our competition theme this month...
It's a really cool shot. Great balance, perspective, contrast, and texture. Did she take this shot in support of my watch collecting hobby? Or, was it simply a great idea for an entry? My guess is both, hitting 2 birds with one stone. Whether my guess is right or not, it made my day.

The stronger gender has a better understanding of beauty and they prove it all the time. Both are great pictures but the message is different.
As always, the majority of the credit should go to our better halves who put up with our “hobby” when they probably wish we would spend our watch fund and just take them out to a fancy restaurant. Great pics though!
