Which NATO looks best on the Willard or are none as good as the original black rubber? Or other, please add a comment.

I might get an Erika for it, waiting for the rubber waffle from Uncle Seiko. I like the original rubber it came on, but it will most likely drive me nuts in the summer heat 👌

Not got a pic on my phone, but my favourite NATO on the green Willard is Watchgecko "Original Bond". The colours really compliment the dial & pop of red. Plus it has a sewn in buckle, is very comfortable, hardwaring and not expensive..

I’ve never tried an Erika’s original but people rave about them. I almost got one for my Doxa 300 carbon when I had it, but I ended up putting it on an isofrane and that was perfect. Never even cut the Doxa rubber to try that out. I guess I knew deep down I was gonna sell it so I wanted to keep the Doxa rubber pristine for the next guy 🤣

I recommend them as they have the comfort and security of a stretchy NATO but with endless microadjustment. Any watch I put on them I’m 100% happy with👌🏻

The Doxa carbons are awesome! The sub 300s are a little too hard to read with the domed crystal and my horrible eyes.

My terrible eyes have difficulty with the Certina ph1000 orange dial. Minute hand not big enough or needs more contrast.
