5 Minutes Slow All Day!

I somehow set my watch 5 minutes slow this morning and just now (12 hours later) noticed. This happens occasionally, but I usually catch it within an hour. I had to check the time stamp on my WRUW photo to make sure my watch wasn’t malfunctioning. Yup, it’s been 5 minutes slow all day. 😮

I guess this dial is just too distracting to notice such trivial things as the time.

Mate, I had worn a watch once for half a day without switching it to summer time, so an hour difference and I didn't notice since I always knew what time it is supposed to be... 😂

Your worried about 5 minutes. Your a good man. To be honest I set my watch an hour off more then I’d like to admit. 😉

·

I also set mine off an hour last month. Worked until 11:00 am w/o recognition.

·

I once took my watch to the AD to resize the bralet as a "courtesy" they set the time for me but since it was a few days after a time switch they set it an hour too fast.

·

Every now and then I mis-set a watch. I tend to catch it, but like you, 5 seems to be my choice of minutes to be off by.

·

I’m more likely to set it a full hour out, and I have done this more times than a care to remember 😑ALSO - I forgot to wind my Junghans the other day and don’t notice it had stopped for hours!!

Can happen when you're rushed in the morning. If I'm really short on time I grab a quartz watch.

·

I'll bet every last one of us here on WatchCrunch has looked at the dial of his watch for about thirty seconds, and had to look again because he completely forgot to check the time.

5 minutes off? Your doing okay. I sometimes put on my watch upside down and don't catch it for an hour or so. I once posted it to WRUW that way. Bangin' watch btw.

I hear that Pagani Design is going to start making homages of upside down watches.
