I took my Seiko Sumo and Seiko Speedtimer with my wife and i to Salem, MA for our 10th anniversary. We both loved it there and if we could afford it (I'm completely down, she's torn) we would move there immediately. I love the ocean, the old New England architecture, and just the general vibe. Despite what we've heard we did not meet a single rude or inconsiderate person there (except a few on the road😄).
I took quite a few pictures of my watch but I'm not a great photographer and only had my phone but i tried. I wore my Speedtimer once and after that put it back and it never came out of my watchbox again. Looks like it is probably going to be moving on. I guess I'm a "one- watch" guy. I still will have my Invicta for the rare day i may want to change something up as well as my G-Shock.
We never went in the water (we didn't know it would be 80 degrees in MA in late October!) but i tried to get as many shots with the ocean when we were near it.

The first picture isn't at church. it's the Salem Witch Dungeon Museum. It was a reenactment of one of the trials based on actual transcripts. It was just dark enough to get the lume to show

Thank you. I love every single thing about it... except i did change the strap to a bracelet. I have considered changing the date wheel to black but I'm not sure that i want to now
Do people look at you strangley when you take so many pics of your wrist?

No but my wife rolled her eyes and made fun of me a lot😄 i took all these pictures over 72 hours+ and there were multiple pictures where i was alone. The ones under the streetlight i was outside alone doing something😉
I went to Salem years ago and I also thought it was great. Nice pair of watches to take on the trip.

We never actually went to the waterfront in Salem. We did all their Halloween stuff. We went to the water in Boston, Beverly, Gloucester, and Rockport

Boston? Any tea chests still floating in the harbour?

I drank so much coffee while we were there and brought 3 packs back with us. I like iced tea but not a hot tea guy, either.

I take pics out in public frequently and if people look at me funny, I don't know because I'm not looking at them.
Even if they did, wouldn't even care.
Wish I could make it back to Boston. Loved my week there.
