I wanted to post my experience with Nodus support. I had some trouble with the bracelet on my Nodus Sport. One of the quick release nubs came off. I wrote to Nodus customer support and Cullen wrote back quickly and he sent out a new end link which solved the problem. He also sent me a very nice strap for my trouble. I was really impressed with how quickly and thoughtfully my issue was addressed. I had been thinking about getting the Nodus Blackbird Pilot and their excellent customer service helped me make that decision. The Blackbird is pictured above with complimentary strap.

I've come to the conclusion that "smaller" brands actually like having customers satisfied much more than theses... "Superior" brands
I have 2 Nodus watches - I bought a Duality 1st and liked it so much I bought a Sector when I wanted a red dial. I haven't had any problems and it's good to hear their service is good. I really like both of mine- highly recommend
