Always wear a watch with good lume or a light at night. I wake up at random times through the night and need to know what time it is. And yes, I've hear of alarm clocks before ⏰ but I have bad vision without my glasses so a watch is better for me.
I wear my blacked out marathon navi because the tritium is too good and I have small children who wake me up often (but I also dont like sleeping with the glowing numbers of an alarm clock or with a phone near me).
I don’t routinely wear any of my watches to bed except with one exception: when I’m breaking in a new strap. For some reason if I do this for two nights, my straps will fit me like a glove no matter how padded or stiff the leather.
I’ve been collecting for a few years. I try to stick to the mantra of buying watches I like and not following trends. I’ve definitely made some mistakes but I try to learn from them.

if it is a comfortable watch like my Rolex or Tudor, I do take off the Panerai because it is very heavy and uncomfortable, for example.

No, I keep it by the nightstand. Can’t handle the ticking sound.
Although I do wear the Fitbit from time to time. (Pun intended)...

I did wear my beater Garmin 24/7 until I noticed it had made a proper mess of my arm!!!! Took a month for the skin to look normal again!
No. I roll around at night a lot and I’d inevitably lay on my wrist.
