I own two Skagen watches that I used to love. However since I started collecting and learning about this hobby…..they have fallen in favor. I have been thinking of selling them, but wondering it that is the right choice. Do you have any fashion watches in your collection?
I had a couple of Daniel Wellington and GANT watches. Sold them when my collecting became more "serious".

That is the way I feel, but part of me still likes the Skagen ones. Conflicted.
The last two fashion watches I had were Armani. I gave them to my sister. Other ones I have just donated to charity.
I have a Movado Series 800, fashion diver. It was a TJ Maxx find.
I have a Kennith Cole watch. I don’t wear it often but wouldn’t get rid of it for anything.

Nice.
I have a couple of Fossil watches which are gifts mostly. Love them no less though as there’s the sentimental value within it.
I m not a fashion- victim, though i m proud owner/ wearer of a diesel mr daddy 2
I have one. A Calvin Klein made when they were part of Swatch group.
It's basically a rebadged Swatch Irony. Never gets worn, mainly because it's too big.

If you like the Skagen watches, keep them for now. If they don't get any wrist time, reconsider.
I had no idea that Skagen was a fashion brand.
I have a Movado series 800 chronograph, I’m really enjoying this one now.
My plain black Skagen is still very much alive and on rotation, as is my silver Fossil Quartz/Auto hybrid. I have a couple of Komonos, one with two subdials is very pretty. I have no problem with wearing them any day of the week.

I like the colors, but I agree…big!

I was unaware as well. But I think they qualify. I wish they were actually made in Denmark.

I like those. Nice watches.
I've worn a watch all of my life, but didn't really start getting into the watch hobby until 2018. Prior to that time, my only watch for several years was a Movada Museum quartz watch. I absolutely loved the simplicity and elegance of the watch, and still do to this day. I still have it, and even though it may get looked down upon by enthusiasts, I still feel that it's one of my best looking watches, and I can't see ever parting with it, even though I can't remember the last time that I wore it. I also happen to like the Skagen designs, and if I had any, I'd hold on to them.

Good point. Thanks!
I like this watch. I am sorry for your loss. Thank you for sharing this story.
