Full arabics for me; 1 - 12, or even 1 -24 like on the Breitling Cosmonaute and Glycine Airman.
No numbers for me, just stick indices! With the occasional dot on diver style watches. And at a stretch: mixed.
-date- 6 9 12 is a classic. I always prefer a date on a watch so this is a winner for me!
I also love the look of slim stick markers. Pure class

Absolutely hate round indices tho, dunno why 😱
Full Arabics and diver are my preference. I also like triangular or shark teeth indices but those are harder to find.
I’m with you! I want some numbers. The indice only watches are too plain for me!
Sticks or even numbers only.
I can count to 12, having them all on the dial feels like it's shouting at me.

Off this handy image, I like Stick, Arabic, Diver, Panerai, and both fliegers. The watches I wear the most have the full Arabic + 13-24 inside. I think my absolute favorite is probably the 3, 6, 9, 12 with a date at 3, 6, or between.
