Don't buy either...
They are completely different watches, so if you're torn between them, you don't really know what you want.
Depends on what your style is or what kind of collection you are trying to curate. I’d personally get the GMT if I had to choose between those 2 because I don’t have one. Both are totally different minus being orange.
If it's just by the price value, take the Seiko

It's hard to help you decide cause both are different style watches 😅. The Seiko is more of a utility/tool watch but that Citizen is more of a dress watch.

It’s a $300 watch buy both and be happy not like you will be in debt for the rest of 2024
