I found an old quartz omega on Japanese yahoo auctions going for around $70 so I bid and won. I put a new battery and it works great. But idk why it was so cheap, cuz when I look on eBay, watches like this go for a couple hundred bucks. Is this a fake? Or just a good deal on a not very sought after watch?
Regardless I'm still happy with my purchase and it's still a neat watch to own. Just curious.

No idea
But I can tell you a watch like this one your wrist is priceless!
Awesome post! 🤩

Unless it's in non-working or poor condition then $70 is too low, so it's either a bargain or ... not. The movement should help determine that, and the case markings which will give you the reference. High end quartz isn't my thing so I'm probably of no help once you get that information.
Have a watchmaker pop the back and have a look at the movement.
That's a bargain, & a really cool watch. Just getting into vintage Omega quartz myself, got my first one arriving this week. 🤞🏻🍀👍
If you love it…who cares?
Wow! Great bargain! It’s a great looking watch!
