WC GYM Guys, i need your help

I am skinny, real skinny i am 170cm and 53kg i have 14.3cm wrist. My goal is to have at least 15.6cm+ wrist by the end of the year. I look like live skeleton and i hate it, i am egoist i love myself but this is alot even for me. So what should i do to look like a normal guy again? I cant go to a gym, but i have a few equintment at home. For shoulders what should i do? I hate it the most! And what should i eat? Are there any apps that can help me?

Thanks for any help, have a great day!

There’s tons of research online that can help you with both nutrition ideas and workout routines (using what you already have). The trick is consistency. If you have access to healthcare, you might want to visit a nutritionist as they can help you get on track (and point you in the right direction). Don’t get discouraged and always do your best. Good luck!

As someone whose Venn Diagram overlaps between lifting weights and watches, I would talk to a trainer AND log your food. I do one of those things only (and it's not logging food). ;-)

Most important two things to remember:

  1. If your legs aren't comparable to your arms, you are doing it wrong

  2. Every gym pic needs a watch in it like this one with legs, #gshock and #garmin

Uh wrist gains are mythical....can't tell if there is irony here or not....

You can always make your grip stronger...

Kinda hard to make your bones/ligaments thicker, you could pull a Ghoul from Fallout trick, chop your hands off below wrist and see new ones on.👀🤏🏻😜🤐🤨

For everything else, check out GoRuck Fitness plans. Designed to be done with a backpack and some sandbags. Trust me you'll get a workout.

Lastly, eat better. Seriously. Don't need to spend a fortune, cut out the junk.

I couldn't tell if this was legit or not either. However I had taken a gym pic with my watch the other day and saw an opportunity!
