Small watches that pack a big punch!
On an anniversary dinner date with the gf tonight and I thought it was a classy move to bring out the ol’ reliable SKX!
This one is the SKX013, a 38mm on a aftermarket jubilee bracelet. I’ve had it modified a bit. Put in a NH36A movement as well as a sapphire crystal. Always loved how wearable and sleek it is! It’s a great reliable piece and the 38 is very admirable. I was hesitant at first because my wrist isn’t super small so I figured a smaller watch wouldn’t look the part but I love how this watch looks and wears.
Do any of you have some smaller watches that you love to wear and enjoy despite the smaller diameter?
(Better get back to the misses before I get myself in trouble👀)

Absolutely! Most of my watches are 35-38mm in diameter. I find all of them a joy to wear.

That range of 38-39mm seems to be just the sweet spot for me. I have a couple watches that are larger than 40, but i just keep going back to my Neptune IV which sits at 39. It's just so wearable as an everyday watch. That SKX is looking great too man!

Yeah it's bluish!! Believe they used BGW9 for the lume

In your collection, I think the Citizen is my favorite.
I really like the SKX, someday when i find a good offer i definitely buy one.
I really enjoy my Vintage Seamaster it has only a Diameter of 34mm but i love it especially to long sleeves.
