I’ll recommend this YouTube channel just put your phone in your pocket or close your eyes if you just want to listen to it like a podcast
I haven't come across any watch podcasts I enjoy enough to listen to on a regular basis.
There's a lot of YouTube content being made though – I gravitate toward it more, even if it's just on in the background.
