My Collection

This is my current collection. Most of them are fairly new - but have a specific reason for being there.

I’ve actually had a simple collection of a couple of Fossils, two Titans, a couple of old knock offs with no branding on it, and two Apple Watches that I used to wear regularly. For the past 4 years I was leaning pretty smartwatch heavy, so my analogs (which were all quartz) eventually stopped and I never got around to replacing their batteries. I still have all of them - but all of them have been put into storage, except for the gold Titan (pictured).

This year I wanted to get back into the traditional watch game and after going down the rabbit hole, here I am, couple months later!

Back to my current collection, over the past month I’ve been pouring over as much as I could to learn about the big brands out there and what watches I want to add to my collection. In order to avoid going out of control, I’ve set myself a final goal of 20 watches to own MAX at one time and if I want to get any more, it will have to replace one in the current collection. The exception to this is 3 grails that I am hoping to eventually own which will be heirlooms for my family. The ones pictured are the beginnings of the 20 watch collection and hopefully a foreshadowing of the future - the Casio Duro is a foreshadowing of one of my grails, a Rolex Sub OR GMT-Master II. The Timex will eventually be replaced by the Tudor Black Bay 41 (Burgundy), and the Longines Flagship will be replaced by the Longines Hydroconquest.

Anyway, all this was just to share something I enjoy with folks who would understand! I know I prolly sound like I’m rambling, but hope this all made sense! 😅

Great collection! I too ditched the Apple Watch recently, which paused my watch collecting. Glad to be back in the game. Here’s my collection so far:
