It makes my left wrist small and makes my arm shaped like a wine bottle because of the bottleneck wrist ๐
Anyone have advice to make my wrist bigger so it can balance my big arm?

Lol
I was hoping my wrist big enough to at least can wear a 46mm diameter properly
I used to compete in armwrestling and know a lot of wrist exercises, however Im unsure if it makes your wrist larger, it does however make your under arm bigger so might work.

I'm interested, even though the results not making my wrist bigger but at least my body becoming bigger
Wear one of these but it might make your whole arm bigger
Long sleeve shirt and perhaps join a circus (kidding), no idea !
Only suggestion is to accept the fact that your watch should have some room to move but not continuously slid down your arm. It seems like you a person that prefers no wiggle room (a tight fit) causing the constant pressure to morph the shape of your wrist. Loosen up! Lol ๐

This here looks like a good general guide of the most common armwrestling exercises https://en.armpower.net/training/1/specialized-armwrestling-exercises-the-way-to-success
They can also be done with other implements, rubber bands, ropes, etc. You basically need to hit all the different directions where your wrist can turn.
On top of that you can do grip exercises like hangs from a pullup bar, deadlift holds or using grippers. And I see some people use rice buckets too to hit those odd muscles in your hand.
Judging by all the photos I see on social media, it appears smoking cigars seems to result in chunky wrists

Maybe give your wrist some time to breathe and wear your watch on the other hand for a while. Also, loosen the tightness a tad. Good luck brother.
Lighter weight watches don't need to be so tight.
And some watches can actually be loose on the wrist. Like my g shock gbd200 or many other lightweight watches that have no crown to poke you.
Or crown that points the opposite way (called a leftie watch I think - intended for the right hand).
Plus move it at night. Or swap to the other arm for a few months.
Sorry but I have to give a Haha for this post. The most sensible suggestion from my view is to wear a lighter watch with looser straps and drink plenty of liquids since you can't grow your wrist bone or thicken your skin. I see this condition with my ring finger being married for 20 years. Minus the untanned color, the came back to its normal shape after a few days of proper hydration.
I can recommend one particular "activity" that might potentially bulk up your wrist, but have heard that a potential side effect of this is blindness! ๐

Recently i only wear light watches like gshock or titanium and sometimes wear it on right wrist,
but maybe because i start wearing watches since junior high school, my wrist muscles is formed to adapt my watches ๐ค
Beautiful Lineage btw

I'm not sure. If you ask in some forums maybe other people can tell you how long it takes for the size to return to normal after removing the watch. I assume at least some of it can return. I've had the same dip go back to normal after a while but it was just a smaller dip.
It would help to take your watch off at night and let your tissue breathe and rest. And don't sleep in your watch.
You may also be wearing your watch too tight. Check to see that you can slide a finger under your watch band easily.
Wearing only light watches for a while would be good. Maybe stay away from bracelets and give your wrist a break with some elastic straps.

There are tons of options for silicone straps and flourorubber straps, including breathable designs. Have a look around online.
Barton straps has lots of options on Amazon.
As for elastic straps, I get all my paratroopers from CNS Watchbands.
