Edit: If it’s my daily driver, I won’t be arsed and continue to wear with pride. Scars maketh the daily driver watch.

Continue to wear with pride, but suffer in silence inside. Then think of a cool story to tell others how you badly dinged your watch by doing something fantastic and not the real story of you being a clumsy oaf with poor depth perception banging your wrist against the door frame.

Also, you’d have to really do something hard to leave a gash on the watch case. Unless it’s ceramic, carbon fiber, plastic, or some other material
