Thoughts on Baume & Mercier
What's your thoughts / experience on the brand Baume & Mercier? I have never handled their modern watches. I really like rectangular watches and their release of the Hampton Big Date Dual Time 10523 looks great!

I have a Baumatic from the early 2000s and the truth is that they are very well made, good designs and materials.
Don’t own but have handled them. Like @mannyb65 said, well made & good designs. Good value. Thing they seem to lack though is a distinguishing identity, something to set them apart, make ‘m desirable. That Hampton dual time makes a good bid for it though!
I have own 2, 20 years apart. Thinking about a Riviera. As good as any other brand just not publicized.
I prefer the 10522. Simple. Elegant.
