Tissot Prx 35

So the PRX 35 powermatic 80 is finally around the corner. According to tissot ads officially in July. But some of them ended up in some showcases by mistake.

That picture was snaped from a youtube video already taken down and not available anymore. But I thought you liked to compare thoses too. I definitely prefer proportions of the 35 dial over the bloated 40mm personally. It always felled the dial aperture was too big for me. Like a Dj 36 and 41 for exemple.

Can't wait to try on a green one in the flesh, I would love to have a vintage datejust 36 but i am currently not in position to buy one. This would definitely do the trick of an everyday dressy watch in a retro size for me. Plus no stress of banging around an expensive vintage watch.

I know tissot would see it more like a female size option but I don't care at all. Plus you can share it with your girlfriend when you go out and she want to wear a fancy watch. I am even ready to buy a second bracelet sized to her wrist as they have a quick realese to make the switch even easier.

How do you feel about that new realise to come?

Really excited. I love my PRX Powermatic 80, but it wears a tad large. I’ll sure be going to a store near me and try the 35 mm version on. If it works, I’ll probably trade in one for the other. Haven’t tried yet any of existing the smaller quartz models because they’re not available in blue with a waffle pattern.

I always felt the date window on the 40mm was tad small and out of proportion to the dial. Looks more proportioned on the 35mm.

That 35mm PRX looks fab! Bet it'd fit my skinny appendage too! 👌

Proportions are so good
