My first Mod!
This Orient Mako 2 was the first automatic watch I bought for myself. I was originally so attached to that little Pepsi bezel, and the vibrant blue really called to me, as I began looking at more and more watches I realized I mostly stopped wearing this one. So I decided it was time for my first Mod! Thank you Long Island watches! For the bezel and bezel insert. I now have my first Frankenstein! An Orient Mako 2 with an SKX coin edge bezel and stainless steel insert! I am in love again!

I did the same thing... that Pepsi bezel will be back. But it looks great with the mod... for now. 😁
