Same but different 🤔
Similar design but very different - Rolex DateJust II 41mm and the Rolex DateJust 41. The Datejust II was discontinued in 2016 and replaced with the current model the Datejust 41. Same but very different on the wrist. Both are 41mm and have the blue sunburst dial. I personally prefer the Datejust II in this configuration. It’s got that sportier feel I think and wears slightly heavier which I also like.
Can you spot the difference?
Two main aesthetic differences:
Thickness of the fluted bezel
Thickness of the baton hour markers;

I love DJII in smooth bezel, as you mentioned sportier look and sportier feel to it! Also rarer option!
