Patek Flyback Chronograph⏱️🇨🇭
I have to admit I was never the biggest fan of the Patek Aquanaut Collection. Don’t get me wrong it’s a great watch but not when compared to the Nautilus - so I thought. Then at a recent Patek Exhibition in Melbourne 🇦🇺🚃 I had the opportunity to try on this Aquanaut 5968G - Flyback Chronograph in white gold and the rose gold Nautilus 5980R. On the wrist the 5968G looks and feels fantastic. The rubber strap is super comfortable. It’s definitely made me reconsider the collection. Side by side with the Patek Nautilus 5980R I’d go the Aquanaut any day of the week😎 The 5968G is by no means the little brother to the Nautilus 5980R🇨🇭🇨🇭

The only issue I have with the G is that its abit toppy if you get what i mean. It becomes quite heavy after a while, even if I like PM watches. I have now requested for a 5968A from my AD instead.

Yeah, I liked how the RO felt on my wrist, but for some reason the 5968G never sat quite right, more of a balance issue than weight tbf. But I have quite a thin wrist so its probably just me. Im sure you will enjoy it!

I love it. Actually I think I prefer it to my 5712r🇨🇭
Whilst I prefer the dress watches from Patek, I have to admit that I do love the Aquanaut, especially the travel time in gold!
