I don't have a predefined context in mind, I was just curious to see what opinions people had, as I like to try and see things from different perspectives. All the companies listed have had undeniable influence on watches in their own way (as have many others)

I’m not sure how you want one to answer then. Without context this is just noise, unless you just want an initial reaction, but an uninformed opinion is hollow.
I chose Rolex because they are the most homaged (and also illegally faked) watches so have clearly impacted design aesthetics for many brands. Especially the smaller ones.

Breguet hands down. First wristwatch, perpetual calendar, self winding watch, gong spring, hands, numerals , overcoil, tourbillion, etc etc.. To me Breguet is the brand that has had the biggest influence on watches.

Context?
Without an objective definition of "biggest impact", the poll is essentially "Which brand do you prefer?".

I would counter, but I don’t know how

Quartz (Seiko) has had the biggest impact on watches. Game over.
Steve McQueen, he’s done a lot for watches, can we choose Steve McQueen?
