Smallest G Shock Tough Solar Atomic I'm aware of.
With the integrated runner strap, fits quite comfortably.
Up until the Suunto Vector and Casio Protrek Solar, this watch was the issued G Shock for most of the USAF EOD career field.

Would you consider thermocompensated High Accuracy Quartz instead of atomic? It would open up the options.
These are both 38mm. The Reguno is a Citizen line. The Seiko unfortunately has an integrated bracelet (SBTM335).
If it's about looks rather than comfort I'm afraid I can't help as that's a whole different, subjective ball game!
