Rolex seems to be fairly flexible with their measurements. They seem to round up and down depending on the weather.

Congratulations, it’s a beautiful watch. I went back and forth and ended up buying vintage. I could honestly see owning both.

Smart man. The 42 is fantastic and my most worn watch. I've never been into the 40mm.
