This seagull completely changed my mind about Chinese watches. Until very recently, this and the steinhart diver (I posted about earlier) was my whole...

While others here have already given you some very comforting and valuable replies, let me just provide you one more reason not to be too down.

Life and luck always regresses towards the mean. If you are having a prolonged stroke of bad luck, then almost assuredly, good things are around the corner.

Hope only good things happen to you moving forward 👍

Hey thank you so much. Not only did your reply help me with the farer, your photo also gave a lot of extra context as to how some other watches might look on my wrist. I think my wrist is very similar to yours, 6.3” so your ref photos were extremely helpful. Thank you so much 👍

Can i ask your wrist size? I was looking at one of these watches for a long time. But it seems like it will be too big for me. I didn’t realise the watch was this big.

I would personally prefer a proper see through caseback. I remember asking about this watch sometime ago, and whether it had a display caseback. I remember you said yes. I checked the website and to me, I wouldn’t say this is a display caseback.

I wouldn’t buy this watch without a proper see through caseback but that’s just me. You should do what you think is good for business. Good luck 👍

Mathematically, as has been proven through several detailed studies over many many years for now, most items follow the law of diminishing returns.

Therefore, to answer your question, no, most certainly, the additional price hike will not give you the same difference in quality, the higher you climb up the price ladder.

If you are hesitant in pulling the trigger, then it’s not worth it. It just means you still anticipate financial difficulties that may arise from spending your currently available money.

Any chance this would come in an exhibition caseback variant?

This is not a rolex but I love it so much more. This is from a microbrand steinhart and it’s a beast! This was my first ever mechanical watch. For me,...
