Cool. I’ll take a look. What do you think of it so far?
I didn't expect to like it as much as I did. Even though it's the smallest g-shock it's still 41.8 mm. So I expected it still be bulky on my small wrist. But it really isn't!. As you can see in that picture, it actually looks kinda smaller next to that 40mm 16570 on the right. That is because 41.8 is really the thickest part of the case where the buttons are. The bezel is a1ctually just around 38mm. And lug-to-lug is also very modest, just around 42mm. So it really wears as a 39mm watch.
Edit: the only thing I wish is that it was full steel, instead of the resin sandwich. But that's not that big of a deal breaker for me personally.
Great two watch collection at either end of the spending scale! The Gshock looks similar to the Casioak. Is it similar size and functions just a different case shape and bracelet?

Thanks! This model GST-B600D-1A is a bit smaller than Casioak, but otherwise yeah, functionally similar. Solar charging, radio controlled, Bluetooth etc.

Man, if I didn't have my heart set on a yellow Gshock for skiing, I'd have to consider this bad boy.

Nice daily’s. Just curious where you picked up the Gshock? That’s a Japanese market only watch as I recall

Thanks! I got it on Amazon. They ship from Japan, so no overnight delivery😀. But it was still fast. I only waited like a week or so.

Yes it does look very much smaller than a typical Gshock which is kind of why I’m liking it. Thanks for info and reply 👍
