Horizon watches?

I've seen this watch pop up on my Instagram and it's by a microbrand I've never heard of.

I really like the applied indecies and the disguised date window, makes for a very symmetrical dial.

My only questions are, how good are these? And has anyone on here ever bought a watch from them?

Browsing the Internet looks like based out of Singapore. No complaints there, love my HVD Spectre Diver also from Singapore.
