On the way....
Just ordered the Grand Seiko Quartz GMT from Teddy Baldassare. I had my eye on this one for a while. When I went to my AD a few months ago I chose the Omega Seamaster Diver 300M over it. But the GS was never far from my heart and always in the queue. Looking forward to enjoying it for years to come.

My guess would be no. I tried to see if they would discount a PRX awhile back they only offered 5% max.
