Looking for a frame of reference regarding Baltic watches. I have several Seiko's, Citizens, Bulova and a Christopher Ward. Interested to hear from those who have a Baltic and one of my current brands. How do they compare? Any feedback would be useful.
They look really nice. On the shortlist of best microbrands.
They are very nice and well-designed, but it is worth handling some and knowing your preferences. What model are you looking at? IE, I have the Bicompax below. It has a hesalite crystal and ST-19 movement. Whereas the Aquascaphe has a sapphire domed crystal and 9039. So slightly different ends of the material spectrum. As a whole, their lineup is a pretty great value.
Baltic has a solid movement, great design and decent finishing. Christopher ward has that little extra finishing that sets it apart. The winding and setting experience is good, I'd say better than my seiko. They are stunning when they catch the light; IMO, that's where they excel.

They look great and a micro rotor on that price point is just 👌, gotta be one of the best microbrand on the market atm

How do you like the Aquascaphe? I ask this question to every owner I see post a pic, but here goes - how do you like the fauxtina? Too faux/yellow-ish?

I really love the aquascaphe blue guit. It actually the watch I am zeroing in on.

Looking at the aquascaphe blue guild. With the exception of my Omega Seamaster I have purchased sight on seen for all my other watches without regret by asking around and gathering information from the likes of this site and others. Thank you for responding.

I enjoy it. It's not going anywhere anytime soon. It's comfortable on the wrist. I do prefer date complications on my dials but the dial is beautiful and simple. A date window may mess it up. The fauxtina doesn't bother me especially since it's all lumed. I also like the sandwich dial.
