Which one…

Went to look at the IWC Chronograph Top Gun 41 (ceramic) and the Tudor Black Bay Burgundy with the five link (jubilee let’s be honest). Both look amazing and yeah they’re different functions but what do the community think to these two?

Huge price difference, but for my money it’s the IWC. Both great watches though 👍

I don't like pilot watches and most chronographs...

There is a massive difference between the two but interesting what people sway for and what attracts them to which one.

The new tudor movement is bloody good for that price point.

·

IWC, much classier and you won't get fed up explaining that it's not a Rolex 🙄

·

Second on IWC being overpriced for what they offer.

·

I love my Tudor Burgundy. Wearing it now

I have 2 Tudors (including the BB Burgundy first generation - smiley face) and 3 IWC´s (Mark XVIII en 2 Big Pilots 43)

Tudor is very good, off course, no doubt.

But IWC is just a few levels higher than Tudor....on photos they always look a bit ordinary, but when you have them on your wrist and you wear them for a while.....it´s just pure class....and there is just something about IWC that is so masculine and cool.

IWC is overpriced, yes, sure, aren't all luxury watches overpriced?

You just have to find and buy a good used one in mint condition....that´s how I do it.

if I buy a Top Gun watch, I'm getting rhe original Porsche Designed one that he actually wore

I did enjoy the sere size of the watch albeit 41 is still very sensible. You could tell it was well made!

Jubilee!

I just saw an article on the Tudor Black Bay that linked to this. Why would anyone pay above retail for this watch, and used with minor scratches? This is exact watch I’m wearing now and I paid MSRP because I got it a month and a half after it was released.

Absolutely love it! I wear it every other week. I got it when my grandson was born and will pass it off to him one day.

Not even close, IWC

Still havent found a good buy in IWC and that's why I don't have it. I am starting to hate the brand because of this
