Assuming you are trying to get one at retail, I wish you good luck. Both are hard to get which I think ticks all of your boxes.
FWIW, I have been on the list for 3 years for a Pepsi from an AD where I bought two other watches. If I ever got one, I wouldn't worry about demand or value because I would never sell it (and who knows what the market will be like when I die).

I would probably try and find a different AD. You just need to connect with one who really likes you and is willing to go to bat for you. It took me 6 months from the time I asked to get my pepsi. My watch history was 2 watches as well.

I thought about going to another AD but with no purchase history (and no desire to buy additional watches I don't necessarily want to maybe improve my chances on the list), I am a little reluctant. If you are in Southern California (or anywhere close), do you mind sharing the name of your AD? It sounds like they are the kind of AD that I should be doing business with (if I want a reasonable shot at these watches). Thanks!
Unfortunately I’m not, I’m in Houston which also a very difficult market to get a Rolex in.
Back in 2020, I got the call for a Pepsi on my bday. Unfortunately, due to the pandemic by business was suffering and I did not feel it was a good time to spend the money. I told my AD this, he was very understanding and, I was pretty beat up about it. I didn’t think I would get another shot.
Fast forward about 8 months later, business returned back to normal for me, I asked if I could be put back in consideration June of 2021, I got the call 3 days before Christmas.
June of 2022, I asked if I could get a Kermit. I’m picking it up tomorrow.
I will say, after the Pepsi, I did buy my AD a bottle of my favorite bourbon. I wasn’t necessary to do, but I felt it was a nice gester for him being kind to me.

The BLUE and red “Pepsi” model is the most desirable.
