One of my favorites!

Wearing the lunar pilot today! Man I love this watch and the history that comes with it. If you haven’t given it a shot, you really should as you won’t be disappointed. Styling this beauty on a Haveston IVA strap which makes it highly comfortable.

It’s a great watch!

It's a great watch. I bought one when they were first introduced but sold it in my great chrono purge of a couple years ago.

·

Much want but at 45mm diameter and 52mm lug-to-lug, the damned thing is too big for me.

Can you tell a newbie if the large Minute hand should be moving all the time?😊

The large central seconds hand on a chronograph is the chronograph seconds hand, so it should only be moving when the chronograph is active. Most chronographs will have a small seconds in a sub dial showing the active running seconds, although not all do. The central hours and minutes hand should operate like any other watch, while the chrono subdials will show elapsed minutes (and possibly hours as well) for the chronograph function.

Try it on if you can, it will change your mind a bit.

Thank you so much I was panicking there.🤝

I'm sadly with s0ckpupp3t on the size I suspect it would be too big for me. I've never encountered one outside the internet but would love to try one on and see. Sadly our local jewelers only stock the Bulova's that seem to want to look like Invicta's. Not the models I would actually like to try on and purchase.

Yes, I’m keen to try it out but as a member of the #ittybittywristcommittee, I’m pretty sure that L2L will long for me.  :)

With you there, way too big, if they made a reduced version I'd grab one straight away.

I've always wanted one of these but the sheer size of it make it a no go unfortunately.

Bulova makes some awesome watches, I absolutely  love this one.

I lusted after an Omega Speedmaster Moon watch, and inevitably looked for alternatives, which led me to the Bulova. I got one, was gutted it didn’t fit my 7.25” wrist and reluctantly sold it, after searching again for alternatives I bought another Bulova……it still didn’t fit so I sold that, I then came across the Dan Henry 1972 and the Duxot Consillio, great alternative look and fit like a glove. They say you shouldn’t  meet you hero…… I bought an Omega Moon and couldn’t get past the awfully small crown and awful position of it kept cutting my index finger when I wound it…..so that got flipped as well.  I’ve still got the Duxot which is an absolute steal and looks the business.
