Polywatch is your friend. I would rather scratch a hardlex/mineral crystal. It is easy to remove the scratch in most cases (no pun intended). Sapphire crystals don't scratch as easily but they can shatter, and that means a replacement.
Consolidating is always hard (I am having a similar issue myself). The StudiounderD0g is such a standout, I would keep it. I would also keep the jelly F91. First, you won't get much money for it but, second, it is adorable (I have this exact model). The Seiko is awesome for more formal wear. I would also keep the GShock as a beater. This is a great collection!
