Neither watch is Swiss but these days German and Japanese watches command more respect than ever before; they’re reshaping perceptions and have arguably already altered the watch landscape.
Regardless of whether you agree, as far as I am concerned these are both fantastic timepieces and I wanted to share my thoughts on them, why I’m still struck by them and also how they compare.

No disrespect to the Grand Seiko, but for me, the Lange 1 is an absolute masterpiece. It's firmly near the top of my grail list.
