Bulova Frank Sinatra Watch
This is the Bulova Frank Sinatra “Fly Me To The Moon” watch. This watch has an automatic Miyota 8215 movement with a 42 hour power reserve. The case diameter is 39mm with a lug width of 20mm. The crown is signed with a fedora that is also printed on the case back. The original brown leather strap has “Fly Me To The Moon” stamped on the inside with a butterfly clasp, which I took off for safe keeping and replaced with a generic leather strap and butterfly clasp.
As a huge Sinatra fan, I was eyeing this watch for a long time so I bought this last year as a birthday present to myself.
This is a lovely watch and very fitting for a crooner. I must give credit to my girlfriend for spotting this watch at the store. Thanks babe!

I know Frank Sinatra did a lot of adds for Bulova on his TV show and I guess he wore Bulova watches throughout his life. Here's my 1956 23 Jewel. I think it must have been a reference point for this new line of watches.
I've looked at all the Sinatra models quite extensively as I am very much a Sinatra enthusiast. Never pulled the trigger, although the Young At Heart design I was close to getting as Tina was quoted in that would be the one most like what her father would prefer. The Fly Me To The Moon designs are great but I already have a Seiko Cocktail Time with much of the same dial. Now that Rat Pack edition they recently came out with.... that is a gorgeous piece!
