This watch is my boy!
It’s been a little over a year since I purchased this watch. Got a great deal on Amazon, so I jumped! Since then, I have replaced the chapter ring the bezel insert added a sapphire crystal, put a new movement in with black day date wheel that has lumed day and date, a custom turbine rotor also was added. I have learned quite a bit through the process. Due to my obsessive compulsive disorder, I must have the strap hardware match the case so I had to learn how to heat treat metal to get a semi match of the metals. Thank goodness for YouTube tutorials. Interested in both positive and negative feedback. I feel like a lot more of a connection with this watch due to all the work put into it on a novice level. I think this one will be staying in the collection for sometime. Enjoy your evening.
