The 1080 is also one of the most significant watch movements ever as it's the grandmother of all modern ETAs - they, like it, all use directly driven centre seconds and put the whole gear train under a single bridge.
Hands were definitely replaced. While the seconds hand could be original, this is a no-lume dial, and it shouldn't have lumed hands. With that dial, Doxa used feuille (leaf) hands.
