Can anyone help me decoding this cypher that came with a watch I bought. I will write about the watch purchase in a later post. The watch is an Omega Seamaster. Thank you.

From a cursory glance it looks like the watch was in rough shape. Cracked crystal, missing bezel, discolored hands stand out .
I think it means it's going to cost you money to repair. 😉
