Tonight I rotate watches and open this bottle of local whiskey. Double barrel. Finished in gin barrels. Shabbat Shalom.

Oh now we’re talking. Make sure to hydrate properly before you engage in the shenanigans. LMAO 😂! The watch looks amazing my friend. Have a great Friday and a lovely weekend.

Is that Challah? It looks fantastic. My favorite.

Yes. I was la y this week and bought from the bakery. I usually bake my own.

I’ve had some Philly whisky’s and they were real good. I’d expect the same from Jersey. 🍻

I was the lone dirty gentile working with my Jewish coworkers growing up. I was the reason you could not keep kosher at work. Lol. I baked Challah for them and brought it to work. They would not believe me when they asked me where I got it. They said I had to have gotten it from the kosher deli. I said no, I made it. I also said it had to stay at work, because, while I was sure to make it according to tradition, my home kitchen wasn't technically a kosher one. I still think they didn't believe me.

We should compare recipes! I must tell you though, that I don’t like the use of the word “dirty”. You may be using it as joke, but others may not see it that way. God forbid anyone should be described as “dirty” because of their religion.

Lol. No. It was always a joke. I referred to myself that way. I'd call myself Goy as well. They howled when I said it. But that Challah actually changed my life. I just realized. I really made it for a sweet old lady, Sophie Goldstein. She couldn't believe that I made it. She introduced me to her family doctor and PAs who I started shadowing. It was their letter of recommendation that got me into school. The rest is history. When I was out of school on holiday, I'd visit her. I actually owe my future to her.
