I think it's because Sinn is a less known brand compared to the heavy hitters in their price range. A bit like Christopher Ward, Sinn seems to be very popular in the WatchCrunch community and seems to be very good quality, but it's less known in the non-watch enthousiast world.
A strong brand with really distinctive watches. I'm a fan and will get one at some point. I do think there are lots of other brands and microbrands, such as Circula which offer similar specs and titanium toughness at a much more affordable price point?
