No intentions of buying a diver or any new watch, after I had just purchased my Ball Fireman Enterprise at St. Maarten. Figured I blew my budget on a beautiful watch and it was time to relax and enjoy the cruise.
Every night the cruise staff brought out some watches for display and every night I kept looking and always gravitating towards this watch. I knew nothing about it, but could tell immediately that this was a unique piece when compared to the relatively standard offerings on cruises.
Well, after a few mojitos, I ended up impulse buying this for a pleasant discount. Mind you..that is what I have to keep telling myself. 😁 I am now enjoying this watch and it's unique vibe. A unique piece in my collection and with a strap change, could become a daily for a while!
Watch enthusiast from a very young age. I love to collect meaningful, unique pieces that are historically significant or iconic.

Agreed! And I have a Lunar Pilot too! That is the watch that peaked my Bulova interest and now I really enjoy their watches! The Lunar Pilot is one that gets a lot of attention from my friends...they are always asking to see it!
Amazing watch. I recently bought one as well. I wanted to ask whether you’ve had any problems with its accuracy? For some reason, after I set the time in mine, it runs fast after a few hours. It usually runs ahead 2 to 4 mins from the time I set. Is this normal or should I send it to get checked out since it’s still in warranty? I have other automatic watches and none have any problems with accuracy. I wondered if it was the movement but from what i found online it said that the watch should at most run 15 to 20 seconds fast not minutes.
It is an amazing watch. Really enjoy it a lot. Mine does not have that issue btw.
