An interesting little micro out of Tokyo. I stumbled upon them when doing research on Kuoe Kyoto (which I also bought) and ended up pulling the trigger and have enjoyed it quite a lot!
This is really what has sparked this discussion for me. It seems that having worn many watches (beyond those in my current collection) over the years, I really understand what speaks to me and makes me smile when I look at my wrist.
I love the idea of providing a watch to someone else to have that same reaction, but also love a bit of whimsy from time to time. And that weird little quirk seems to be my issue - wanting to have a selection of loud or odd but well-made watches to wear from time to time. Sigh
Then again, it does seem like it would be rewarding to have a narrower collection of quality pieces, and then the occasional catch and release of a loud or odd watch.
