Cool watch but what is the monthly calendar on the strap for?
Old school calendar plus, I just like the look of it. It reminds me of my Grandpa.
I thought this watch strap calendar was sold only in Japan. Good to know it was sold in U.S. also. I rember seeing this type of calendar in the 80’s as a child.
Wow... That takes me back... I remember those calendars from the late 70s(?). I'm not sure... I was a kid. I think our local bank gave away a sheet containing all 12 months at the beginning of the year. As I recall they were some kind of thin metal and you bent them around your watch band each month. I had no idea they were still made.

I got it from the big online retailer…A…sounds like a river in Brazil. Just search watch strap calendar plate or something like it. It’ll pop up.

Oh, I see now that these are reversible. The stock image shows the brass side. This is a level of slickness that exceeds my expectations.
