Summer vibes
Any body else have a summer vibe watch?? I didn't realize it untill I was wearing this in the sun today, and was like hawt dang ole Skippy, this here is a summer watch!! I can't wait to see what I can do with it once the lug adapters come in. After that I'll do a write up on it for y'all.

My summer vibe watch is the Islander Port Jeff, love the look of it in the sun. It’s my go-to whether I’m taking the kids to a water park or going to dinner with my wife on a summer evening
Agree the Citizen Orca is a great summer watch. I also love the Islander Northport Fireball for obvious reasons.

The other is the Seiko SNA411 Flightmaster once I put it on the yellow rubber.
This is the one I wear most on holiday I think..

One of my new favorites. Usually it is $429, but I had some reward dollars, so I was able to save $25. This made it a no-brainer for a Miyota 9015 hi-beat diver.

Nice!! I'll have to hunt for one after I save up a bit!! Personally I'm torn between something from islander and taking a trip to a Seiko dealer, a la Florida, and pick up a Seiko with papers and all that jazz. 🧐 The contemplation of the next peice continues. . .

Lets see. The Flightmaster is an old purchase but the idea of fitting a yellow rubber band date to maybe 3 years ago. The ISL-68 was bought not long after it was launched in 2021. Unfortunately, both are now discontinued.
